Brenda Barnhardt serves as the Chief Executive Officer of LSAR, overseeing the Association's strategic direction, operations, and member services. She also serves as Executive Vice President of the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin. Brenda brings more than a decade of experience in real estate association management and executive leadership.

Brenda holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation through the American Society of Association Executives and the REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) designation through the National Association of REALTORS®.

Amanda Abrahamson serves as the MLS Director for LSAR, overseeing the day-to-day administration of the Association's Multiple Listing Service. Her responsibilities include managing MLS compliance, supporting member access and data integrity, and coordinating the systems and rules that enable REALTORS® across the region to cooperate efficiently and conduct business.

Amanda holds the RED-B designation through the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) and is certified as an At Home with Diversity specialist through the National Association of REALTORS®.

Riley serves as the Operations & Government Affairs Director for LSAR, overseeing government affairs and public policy efforts and managing the Association’s day-to-day operations. His work focuses on supporting members, advancing housing and industry advocacy initiatives, and strengthening the organization’s operational effectiveness across the region.

He holds CMLX1 and CMLX2 certifications through the Council of Multiple Listing Services and is certified as a Professional Standards Administrator, Commitment to Excellence, and At Home with Diversity specialist through the National Association of REALTORS®. Outside of work, Riley enjoys spending time outdoors, including golfing, hiking, and downhill skiing.

Isaac Chambers serves as the Membership Coordinator for LSAR, where he supports the Association’s membership operations and serves as the first point of contact for new and existing members. His work includes processing new member applications, assisting with onboarding, and helping ensure members have the resources and information they need to get started and stay engaged with the association. He also coordinates event scheduling and continuing education (CE) classes, working to keep programs organized and accessible to members throughout the year.

Isaac holds the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement through the National Association of REALTORS®. When Isaac is not at work, he enjoys fishing, camping, and enjoying a book in a hammock.
