A data record is created each time the lockbox is opened and this information is transmitted immediately so real estate agents can obtain real-time information about showings.

Tips and Tricks on Single Access
- End user has to “activate” and “authorize” their key within 24 hours of the invite being sent. Even if the actual access isn’t schedule for a few days. The “authorization” tied to the invite will expire.
- Remind end user to not delete the app, and remember their pin, that is the pin they will use for all lockbox access going forward. Resetting it is difficult and requires time!
- Make sure the start time of the access is in the future, (i.e. an agent sets it for 8am to 6pm, but it was already past 8am).
